Analysis of data collected from an employee questionnaire has uncovered three key influencers on employee attrition.
It is recommended to monitor our most at-risk employees: those that have been working for a total of two years or less, those who have worked overtime, and those whose job role is Sales Representative.
The company should ensure there are plenty of opportunities for upward movement in the Sales department and that employees with the role of Sales Representative are satisfied.
